Bok Choy Recipes

1/4 cup rice vinegar
1TBS toasted seasame oil
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
6 cups thinly sliced pak or bok choy
2 medium carrots
2 scallions, thinly sliced (or green onions chopped)
wisk vinegar, oil,sugar, mustard, salt until sugar disolves
Add bok choy carrots & scallions toss to coat with dressing.
