Cheese & Leek QuicheLeeks Recipes
- 1 Cup cooked leeks (sliced)
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 ¼ cup light cream or milk, salt & pepper to taste
- 1 Cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1-9inch shallow flan with a ready baked shell
Warm the cream or milk, pour over eggs and stir in salt and pepper. In the pie shell, evenly spread out leeks and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Pour egg mixture over the filling and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 325 degrees F or until filling looks firm. Serves 4.
