We’ve had a few calves born over the last few weeks… time for an update!<\/p>\n

First we have Toad (mother is Horn):<\/p>\n

Harvey, born on harvest day (mother is Betsy):<\/p>\n

Chapelle (mother is Cocoa):<\/p>\n

And last but not least, Willy!\u00a0 Dave had to “free” Willy, since he was a breach birth, and came out back legs first:<\/p>\n

Also – we had yet another CRAFT<\/a> day today at Farmhouse Garden<\/a> with Mike Lanigan.\u00a0 Learned all about biodynamic and organic farming – and saw Mike’s extensive collection of Farmall tractors (I dare not publish the count).\u00a0\u00a0 Here we are learning about buckwheat and bees.<\/p>\n

Mike is very passionate about his steaming pile of… compost \ud83d\ude09\u00a0 As he should be!<\/p>\n
