To me, Fall is almost synonymous with routine; not only the everyday routine, but also the rituals that come with the fall.\u00a0 We have gotten into quite the groove on the farm over the course of the summer and into the fall, and the predictability of routine has served us well.
\nThe daily routines like getting the kids off to school,<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

milking the cows,<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

and feeding the horses.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The fall harvest to bring in and store,<\/p>\n

\"\" \"\"<\/p>\n

this is something that I have been looking forward to for an entire year!<\/p>\n

Just as we get into this fall routine, along comes Thanksgiving to remind us of what we have been working for.\u00a0 Jess\u2019 goal is to feed her community healthy and sustainably produced food at a fair price.\u00a0 It makes her happy when she shares with you.\u00a0 And I would have to say that her happiness is contagious!\u00a0 I am thankful that she has shared this opportunity with all of us interns!<\/p>\n
