Our onions are happily growing, and the leeks, celeriac, and celery are poking their heads out of the soil.<\/p>\n
The third calf of the season is on the ground and running around; and Fantasy our jersey girl will be calving anytime now.<\/p>\n
The greenhouse will be fired up next and will soon be awash with greenery.<\/p>\n
We also have Michal Bazylewicz a new intern joining us for an apprenticeship this year. There are a couple more interns who have applied and once everyone is on board we will share profiles!<\/p>\n
