Long overdue introduction

Way back in May, Alex came to the farm as an intern. For some reason, we never introduced you to him! Here he is:

My name is Alex and I am from a town near Kitchener-Waterloo. I have just completed a History degree at Trent University and rather than return to my regular job landscaping, I have begun working here at Lunar Rhythm Gardens. I have very little farm experience and in the short time I’ve been here I have learned a great deal about livestock, crops and the dedication needed to smoothly run a farm. I enjoy music, traveling, gardening and brewing beer. I hope to use the diverse tasks of the farm to become more self-sufficient not only in regards to food, but also with general skills such as carpentry, mechanics, etc. I am excited to meet the CSA membership that has made my internship possible.
