Introducing this Years Interns!

Connie,

I wanted to intern at Lunar Rhythm Gardens to learn a bit more about farming with draft horses, and marketing vegetables, and I could not imagine a more enthusiastic person to work with while learning this I see myself either farming or working outdoors, however I need a little more experience dealing with the problems of farming before I am ready to farm on my own. When not working I generally like to be doing some sort of craft project, playing guitar or tossing a Frisbee around. Currently I am finishing a first year certificate through the University of Madison Farm and Industry Short Course (U of Guelph’s american twin).

Agata

Agata is originally from Guelph, Ontario, and now calls Toronto home. She has a background in film from which she will be taking a short hiatus to intern on Lunar Rhythm Farms. She has a love for nature, is an avid cyclist, and is a foodie at heart.

With hopes to have her own farm someday and live self-sustainably, Agata aspires to make organic food accessible and affordable for lower income families and adults.
