Here at Lunar Rhythm Gardens the greenhouse is full to capacity with seedlings. A wide variety of flowers, as well as our veggies! There is lettuce,beets, pac choy, tomatoes, and spinach growing in the hoop house. Bake spaghetti squash. Saute onions and any other vegetables. Add spaghetti squash and salsa to the vegetables. Melt cheddar cheese over it.
