Strawberry-Lime Frappe

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled
  • 1-1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 6   ice cubes

In blender, puree strawberries, sugar, lime juice and ice cubes. (If mixture is too thick, add more ice cubes.) Taste; adjust lime and sugar if needed.

Makes 1-3/4 cups. (for 2 servings)
