I’ve been having fun with Jessalynn and shoveling lot’s of snow this winter. The winter CSA went very well, with some trial and error our storage worked well, and we will be expanding for next year.

The Guelph Organic Conference was a great inspiration and allowed for a great social outing! Meeting up with friends and learning new farming techniques. It’s also a signal that the growing season is upon us. We are starting to sift soil and getting ready to plant onions leeks, celery and celeriac. Soon there will be little green shoots appearing on the soils surface! Exciting!

The horses are also starting their conditioning program so they can be ready to hit the fields. For now at least it’s literally a sleigh ride in a winter wonderland right now.
